The following steps are pictures of how I scrub my arm using my scrubby. This procedure works best in the shower, when wet and soapy.

Step One Preparing cord for placement on stump

Step Seven Keep rotating to keep the twist forming

Step Eight As the twist gets tighter, move the cord/scrubby to the spot that suits your needs
